incorporated in 1987 to design, manufacture,
sell and install renewable energy equipment
based on solar, wind, hydro and biomass energy
sources. |

company is one of the largest and most experienced
Renewable Energy companies in Australia, with
a workforce of experienced and dedicated staff.
Based in Northern NSW on the East coast of
Australia, the company's headquarters are unique
in the southern hemisphere.
Designed as a working demonstration of the
technology it sells, and as a complete centre
for its operations, it houses Rainbow
Power Company and associate company Energy

Company performs a number of functions based

by example all manner of devices powered
by Renewable Energy sources.

efficient, cost effective products, supported
by reliable up-to-date advice and after sales
service.
- To educate the general public in all aspects
of using energy from renewable sources, and
living and developing in a sustainable way.
- To aid developing countries of the world
in improving their living standards by educating
and trading with them in renewable energy
products.

The
700 Sq m building is solar passive in design
and incorporates many energy saving features.
Its power system consists of 11.9 kWp of PV panels and
a wind turbine capable of 400W. The entire system is grid connected
to enable its excess power to be sold and shortfalls
to be bought back. |

handled by a variety of re-sellers around the
country (wholesale), and through our shop-front
and mail order services (retail).
With access to the latest technologies and excellent
support from a variety of major suppliers Rainbow
Power Company is able to be competitive in all
its products and services.
The company is proud to have a reputation for
being one of the largest distributors of solar
panels and batteries in the country. |

Power Company has exported up to 30% of its
products and services to over two dozen overseas
countries.
Re-sellers have been established in several overseas
countries to ensure adequate local support for
clients in remote locations. |
