Coverage and Terms

Aiko solar modules supplied through Rainbow Power Company are covered by the manufacturer’s standard product and performance warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and durability.
Each Aiko solar panel is protected by a 12-year product warranty covering materials and workmanship, and a 25-year linear performance warranty, guaranteeing a minimum power output over the panel’s lifespan.

All Aiko solar products distributed by Rainbow Power Company are Clean Energy Council (CEC) approved and certified to Australian standards for safety, electrical performance, and quality assurance.

How to Make a Claim

1. Record the serial number located on the rear label of the solar module.
2. Verify warranty eligibility via the Aiko Solar Warranty Portal or by contacting your installer.
3. For systems supplied or installed by Rainbow Power Company, contact:

4. Provide proof of purchase, system configuration details, and a clear description of the fault or issue to assist in claim processing.
