Coverage and Terms

ZYC battery systems supplied through Rainbow Power Company are covered by a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty that ensures reliable operation and long-term performance.

Each ZYC battery module is protected by a 10-year product warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions. All ZYC products distributed by Rainbow Power Company are Clean Energy Council (CEC) approved and tested to meet Australian electrical safety standards.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Record your battery’s serial number, located on the product label.
  2. Check warranty eligibility through the official ZYC Battery Warranty Document.
  3. Contact Rainbow Power Company for systems supplied or installed by RPC:

  4. Provide proof of purchase, installation details, and system specifications to assist with claim processing.
