Trina Solar panels supplied through Rainbow Power Company are backed by Trina’s industry-leading product and performance warranties, ensuring reliability, long-term output, and peace of mind for every installation.

Each module is covered by a 25-year performance warranty and a 15-year product warranty, guaranteeing both workmanship and sustained energy generation over time.

Trina’s warranties apply globally and are supported through a comprehensive Australian service network and direct manufacturer support.

Warranty Inclusions

• Product Warranty (15 years): Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal installation and operation.
• Performance Warranty (25 years): Guarantees at least 84.8% power output after 25 years of operation.
• Local Support: Trina maintains a technical and service team in Australia for warranty and maintenance support.
• Transferable Coverage: Warranties remain valid if ownership of the system changes.

How to Make a Claim

1. Record your panel’s serial number, located on the back label of each module.
2. Check eligibility via the official Trina Warranty Portal.
