Sungrow inverters and battery systems supplied through Rainbow Power Company are backed by Sungrow’s manufacturer warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and support.

All Sungrow products are covered by a 10-year product warranty, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation conditions.  Sungrow’s warranty coverage applies globally and is supported by its authorised service network in Australia.

How to Make a Claim

1. Record the product’s serial number, located on the equipment label.
2. Check eligibility via the official Sungrow Warranty Centre.
3. Contact Rainbow Power Company for systems supplied or installed by RPC:

4. Provide proof of purchase, installation date, and serial number to assist with claim processing.
