Coverage and Terms

Deye inverters supplied through Rainbow Power Company are covered by a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty that ensures system reliability and product longevity.

Each Deye inverter includes a 10-year product warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under regular use and installation conditions.

All Deye inverters distributed by Rainbow Power Company are Clean Energy Council (CEC) approved and certified for Australian electrical and safety standards.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Record your inverter’s serial number, located on the product label.
  2. Confirm warranty eligibility through the Deye Product Support Portal.
  3. Contact Rainbow Power Company for systems supplied or installed by RPC:

  4. Provide proof of purchase, installation date, and a description of the fault to assist with claim assessment.
