Coverage and Terms

Sigenergy’s inverter and energy storage products supplied through Rainbow Power Company are backed by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, providing comprehensive coverage for performance and reliability.

Each Sigenergy product includes a 10-year product warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

All Sigenergy units distributed by Rainbow Power Company are Clean Energy Council (CEC) approved and certified to Australian electrical and safety standards.

How to Make a Claim

1. Record your product’s serial number, located on the inverter or storage unit label.
2. Verify warranty eligibility through the Sigenergy Warranty Portal.
3. Contact Rainbow Power Company for systems supplied or installed by RPC:

4. Provide proof of purchase, installation details, and a brief description of the issue to assist with claim processing.
